
David Droga Steps Down as CEO of Accenture Song, Moves to Vice Chair Role
David Droga, the celebrated founder of the creative agency Droga5, will officially step down as CEO of Accenture Song on September 1, 2025. This marks a significant leadership transition at Accenture’s marketing and creative services division, which Droga has led since 2021. He will take on a new position as vice chair at Accenture, where he will focus on advising the company and deepening client relationships. Succeeding him will be Ndidi Oteh, currently head of Accenture Song’s Americas business, while renowned strategist Nick Law will assume a leading role in creative strategy and experience. During Droga’s tenure, Accenture Song saw remarkable expansion, with revenues climbing from $12.5 billion in 2021 to $19 billion in 2024. He originally intended to make his exit a year earlier but chose to stay at the request of Accenture CEO Julie Sweet, agreeing instead to take on an influential advisory role.
